Lemon Cherry Matcha Latte:

  • 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha (we use jade leaf)
  • 1/2 cup hot water (not boiling)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk (we use malk organics)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice

1. Blend frozen cherries and cashew milk until smooth and pink.

2. Whisk matcha powder with hot water until frothy.

3. In a tall glass, combine the cherry milk, lemon juice, and sweetener (if using).

4. Add ice.

5. Pour the matcha over top and swirl to combine.
